This instrument was originally manufactured by Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. and incorporates patented technologies developed to achieve high sensitivity from an arc lamp system while avoiding the expense of multiple lasers. Contact us for free technical support.
Due to its excellent light scatter sensitivity, the A10-Bryte established a reputation among microbiologists as the leading flow cytometer for archaea and bacteria. Apogee's latest Flow Cytometer range offers even higher sensitivity.
Features of the A10/Bryte:
- Two light scatter, three fluorescence channels
- Flexible arc lamp illumination allows the optimal excitation of a wide range of fluorescent molecules
- Excellent light scatter sensitivity for the analysis of bacterial cells and other small particles
- Volumetric sample injection allows computer controlled sample rate, and direct determination of cell count per volume of sample
